The new implementation or replacement of an ERP-software requires an exact planning. DELTA BARTH focuses on this challenge together with our customers step by step.
1. Project management
At the implementation and integration of a new software solution, it is important to accompany the project structured. We create an exact project plan in cooperation with the customer in which dates are defined and the costs are visible at each time in form of a target-actual-comparison. Highest transparency is guaranteed with it at each time.
2. Process analysis
We analyse the current infrastructure of the company as well as the processes of the key business in a workshop together with the customer. All requirements on our software as well as the defined objectives are kept in a documented specifications sheet as well as a detailed concept after the actual analysis of the business processes.
3. Implementation | Integration
The results of the conception build the basis for the integration of the ERP-system in the company. Our software solutions DELECO® and IFOS are implemented configured according to the prepared requirements and for the working procedure defined in the detailed concept. Receipts are adjusted concerning the company-specific contents.
4. Test Installation | Preliminary test
The productive system is installed now and agreed with the customer finally. An individual training program ensures that all employees learn the working processes due to the ERP-system fast and make use of it efficiently in their everyday life. The trainings are executed either onsite at the customer or in the training rooms of the DELTA BARTH Systemhaus GmbH.
5. Implementing | Start
A mutual acceptance as well as a protocolled transfer of our software solution go without saying for us. Our team supports new customers actively and is available for the answering of open questions also after the implementing.
6. Support | Software maintenance
Users can rely on a competent support after the successful start of our ERP-software in the company. Our team would like to help you by telephone as well as via remote maintenance. In order to improve the daily working processes of our longterm users continuously we keep in contact to our customers and show optimisation potentials.
